Ingredients:
- 1 liter unsweetened cranberry juice
- 500 ml pulp-free orange juice
- 250 ml pineapple juice
- 2 liters chilled ginger ale
- 2 cups frozen whole cranberries
- 2 large oranges, thinly sliced and frozen
- 6-8 fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions:
- Arrange sliced orange rounds in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid.
- In a large 6-quart punch bowl, combine the unsweetened cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
- Stir the juice base thoroughly to ensure the different liquid densities are fully integrated.
- Just before serving, slowly pour the chilled ginger ale down the side of the bowl to preserve carbonation.
- Gently float the frozen cranberries and frozen orange slices on top, then garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
