Ingredients:

  • 1 liter unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 500 ml pulp-free orange juice
  • 250 ml pineapple juice
  • 2 liters chilled ginger ale
  • 2 cups frozen whole cranberries
  • 2 large oranges, thinly sliced and frozen
  • 6-8 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions:

  1. Arrange sliced orange rounds in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid.
  2. In a large 6-quart punch bowl, combine the unsweetened cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
  3. Stir the juice base thoroughly to ensure the different liquid densities are fully integrated.
  4. Just before serving, slowly pour the chilled ginger ale down the side of the bowl to preserve carbonation.
  5. Gently float the frozen cranberries and frozen orange slices on top, then garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
