Ingredients:

  • 6 cups (140g) Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups (100g) Mini pretzels
  • 1 cup (200g) Candy corn
  • 1 cup (170g) Reese's Pieces
  • 12 oz (340g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp (15g) sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Corn Chex, pretzels, and Reese's Pieces. Toss gently by hand to ensure even distribution.
  2. Place white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently fold with a rubber spatula until coated. Fold in the candy corn and sprinkles quickly.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a thin layer. Let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes, or refrigerate for 5 minutes, then break into clusters.
