Ingredients:
- 1 lb cooked chicken breast, cubed or shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the diced celery, minced red onion, parsley, and dill to a large mixing bowl and toss them together.
- Add the cooked chicken to the vegetables and pour the Dijon dressing over the top, folding gently with a spatula until evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to fuse.
