Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely snipped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl. Fold together with a spatula until smooth, or use a hand mixer on medium speed for 60 seconds for a fluffier texture.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped parsley, chives, and dill, stirring only until the herbs are evenly distributed.
  4. Season the mixture with sea salt and black pepper.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
