Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely snipped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl. Fold together with a spatula until smooth, or use a hand mixer on medium speed for 60 seconds for a fluffier texture.
- Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped parsley, chives, and dill, stirring only until the herbs are evenly distributed.
- Season the mixture with sea salt and black pepper.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
