Ingredients:

  • 1 lb broccoli florets, bite-sized
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 12 oz pre-cooked chicken sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper directly on the pan. Spread in a single layer and roast for 10–12 minutes until the tips are charred.
  3. While the broccoli roasts, combine the refrigerated tortellini, sliced chicken sausage, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl, folding gently to coat.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven and pour the tortellini and sausage mixture over the roasted broccoli, tossing slightly to integrate.
  5. Top the mixture evenly with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Return the pan to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden-brown.
