Ingredients:
- 16 oz full-fat sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely minced
Instructions:
- Wash and thoroughly dry the chives and dill, then mince them into tiny, uniform pieces using a sharp knife.
- In a chilled stainless steel mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir with a spatula using a folding motion until smooth.
- Gently fold in the minced chives and dill until evenly distributed, avoiding over-mixing to prevent bruising the herbs.
