Ingredients:

  • 16 oz full-fat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely minced

Instructions:

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the chives and dill, then mince them into tiny, uniform pieces using a sharp knife.
  2. In a chilled stainless steel mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir with a spatula using a folding motion until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the minced chives and dill until evenly distributed, avoiding over-mixing to prevent bruising the herbs.
