Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp onion powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup mini pretzels, slightly crushed
- 2 mini pretzels
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 2 sliced black olives
- 1 small piece of carrot
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until the texture is smooth.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is evenly distributed.
- Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and gently roll the cheese into a smooth, round ball.
- Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to tighten the shape and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Remove the chilled ball from the plastic wrap and roll the sphere in the chopped nuts and crushed pretzels until fully coated.
- Place the ball on a platter. Attach the provolone slice as the head, the olive slices as eyes, the carrot sliver as the beak, and the two pretzels as legs.
