Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup mini pretzels, slightly crushed
  • 2 mini pretzels
  • 1 slice provolone cheese
  • 2 sliced black olives
  • 1 small piece of carrot

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until the texture is smooth.
  2. Fold in the shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is evenly distributed.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and gently roll the cheese into a smooth, round ball.
  4. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to tighten the shape and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  5. Remove the chilled ball from the plastic wrap and roll the sphere in the chopped nuts and crushed pretzels until fully coated.
  6. Place the ball on a platter. Attach the provolone slice as the head, the olive slices as eyes, the carrot sliver as the beak, and the two pretzels as legs.
