Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (65g) plain non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp (7g) maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Measure 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats into your jar. Note: Using a wide mouth jar makes adding ingredients much cleaner.
  2. Add 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk.
  3. Spoon in 1/4 cup (65g) plain non fat Greek yogurt. Note: This provides the creamy lift the recipe needs.
  4. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon (12g) chia seeds.
  5. Pour in 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract and 1 tsp (7g) maple syrup.
  6. Add a pinch of sea salt until the crystals disappear into the liquid.
  7. Vigorously stir the mixture for at least 30 seconds.
  8. Let the jar sit for 5 minutes, then stir again until no chia seed clusters remain.
  9. Seal the lid tightly and refrigerate for 6 hours until the mixture is thick and jiggles slightly.
  10. Remove from the fridge and stir once more before adding your favorite fresh garnishes.
